Like most everyone, I happen to absolutely love dogs.  And when it comes to dog-themed local events, the city of Houston has never failed to deliver! Next month, Houston PetTalk Magazine will be presenting its Doggy Party On the Plaza event. This FREE event will feature a fun-filled day with tons of dog-themed activities for guests to take part in.  Guests can enjoy raffles, vendor sales, games, contests, and the Annual Doggy Party “Rescue Me” Parade. There will additionally be tons of other great experiences including food, shopping, artists, face painting, and more! The Houston Humane Society really does a ton of good work for the city. It seems like every other week, they’re putting out a ton of great events and announcements for Houstonians to participate in. Now that Covid is finally starting to ebb, the Houston Humane Society will be presenting the Exclusive Pet Show! This is a special charity event that will feature a slew of fun things to see and do including dog show contests, live music, food trucks, a mix of local vendors, and plenty of prizes! For those who win the grand prize, they can receive a $2500 Exclusive Furniture shopping spree, as well as the chance to have their pet featured in Exclusive Furniture advertising.  The goal is to bring in your dog and submit them for judging.
