This event features the largest Trick-Or-Treat trail in the entire state of Texas! Halloween-themed events are always worthy of attention, especially if you’re a fan of the silly and spooky. When you combine it with the opportunity to do some actual good for people in need, that’s when things are REALLY worth it! Running from October 15th to October 30th, Scare For a Cure features Halloween special effects artists, set builders, audio and lighting techs, costume designers, make-up artists, and actors ready and waiting to welcome guests into the best haunted house event in the Austin area!  Participants will crawl, crouch, and interact with actors as they physically travel through the haunted house experience! There will be plenty of blood, slime, obstacle courses, slides, and REAL balls of fire! The staff is 100 percent volunteer and features an array of dedicated individuals ready to help this Halloween season feel absolutely spectacular. And the very best part of all? All net profits from the haunted house will be donated to local cancer-related charities and organ

Dallas is all about fancy art and spectacular sightings!  Running from October 7th to November 3rd, guests can witness the incredible, visually spectacular “Passage” installation! This immersive, minimalist, interactive artwork explores the emotional connections that we develop with light and sound. It consists of 20 circles of pure light that form a tunnel in which bystanders can explore and experience. The passage through the tunnel activates unique light animations and sounds, each with its own special ambiance.  For anyone with an artist’s eye or has children with a big imagination, this is the perfect opportunity to explore a truly magical, scenic experience you won’t want to miss!
