Autumn is Here At The Dallas Arboretum!

If there’s one thing I can’t recommend enough, it’s paying a visit to the Dallas Arboretum! 

This amazing outdoor nature center is truly a spectacle to behold, as well as just a gorgeous feast for the senses. With its beautiful wildlife, flowers, and intricate nature displays, this place is absolutely jam-packed with plenty of excellent opportunities to get some much-needed fresh air. 


Coming this Fall season, starting on September 18th and running all the way through the end of October, the Dallas Arboretum will be presenting its 16th annual Autumn at the Arboretum event! Presented by Reliant, this amazing Fall-themed event will host more than 90,000 pumpkins, gourds, and squash throughout the famous Arboretum garden. 


There will additionally be an amazing pumpkin village with a theme on bugs and insects. Guests can experience huge bug-themed topiaries, bugged-out pumpkin houses, and plenty of fun for the whole family! There will even be a maze for younger visitors, live music, and special holiday events for everyone to take part in! If you’re someone who absolutely loves fall festivals, this event basically has your name written all over it!


While parking can sometimes be a hassle when it comes to getting to the Dallas Arboretum, the great thing about this event is that it will last two whole months, giving visitors plenty of time to plan out their visit in advance. If you’re living at great Dallas residences like The Muse or Residence at Lake Highlands, you should have no trouble at all finding exactly what you need to make your experience fun and convenient. 


I’m someone who loves being out and about when it comes to nature. And really, the Dallas Arboretum is among one of the best places I can think of on the top of my head when it comes to nature, beauty, and getting what you need out of a sense of peaceful outdoor solitude. I’ve been at least five times now and yet they never stop surprising me, especially when it comes to their holiday or seasonal events.
