Sliding into Adventure at the Slide The Slopes Festival!

San Antonio is pretty neat. It’s probably one of the most oddball places to live in the state of Texas, especially when it comes to sightseeing and things to do.

But with that said, there really is never a shortage of amazing experiences to partake in, even in cities nearby! And this experience is definitely no exception! If you’ve got kids or if you’re feeling especially adventurous, the Slide the Slopes festival is officially on! Running from June 10th to September, guests can experience some fun-tastical thrills and fun with the longest and biggest inflatable slip n’ slide festival in the world! Festival organizers have converted a ski hill at Texas Ski Ranch into a tubing adventure!

This festival is located just thirty minutes away from San Antonio in the New Braunfels region. This area is home to many other exciting attractions including Schlitterbahn Waterpark and some choice river tubing locations! If you’re a San Antonio resident living in apartments like The Terrain at Medical Center or Latitude Apartments, you’ll have no trouble at all coming over to attend this amazing festival experience!

The Texas Ski Ranch is a 70-acre action sports-themed park that’s the absolute perfect place for wakeboarding and tubing! Even if you’re not here for the festival, you can definitely take the time to enjoy experiencing some really great action with friends and loved ones. The Slide the Slopes festival has all the thrills and fun you need to make some truly great memories, especially now that Covid is lessening up in the area. Whether you’re looking for something chill or something that makes your head rush, there’s definitely plenty to get out of this wonderful festival and I really can’t recommend it enough.

If you’re looking for more information about this event or if you’re curious about purchasing tickets, you can check out their main website HERE. The festival runs all summer so there’s plenty of time to prepare and plan out your visit!

Catch you out there on the slopes!
